Meet Our Team
John Rivkees is President of AHS and is the founding member of the company. John is highly respected in the local business and academic communities for his leadership skills and vision. John believes good is not good enough, when better is expected in terms of serving our customer base. John strives to keeping AHS employees focused on customer service as their #1 priority.
John graduated from The American University Kogod School of Business in Washington DC with degrees in Economics and Marketing. After graduation, John worked with Hayman Cash Register Systems in Washington DC, selling Sweda and Micros POS systems. John furthered his career selling POS systems for Sweda International in Pine Brook, NJ.
Vice President and Sales Manager
Dave joined AHS in 1995 and has personally been involved in the sale of Aloha POS to several hundred restaurants in the region. Dave manages the outside sales team and in his role as Vice President, he works closely with all department managers and team leaders. Dave
attended The Pennsylvania State University and graduated from Widener University’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management. He has extensive restaurant operations experience, prior to joining AHS.
Dave serves on the Reseller Advisory Board and Product Advisory Board at NCR and frequently lectures at local hospitality colleges. He is an expert on Return on Investment from POS, Customer Loyalty Programs and the implementation of new technologies that allow restaurant owners to detect and reduce employee theft.
Inside Sales Manager
Jocelyn is the Inside Sales Manager at AHS. Jocelyn started as a project manager at AHS in 2006 and also spent time on the helpdesk. Jocelyn joined the sales team in 2009 and was soon promoted to Inside Sales Manager. Jocelyn’s team oversees all add ons, upgrades and service contracts to our customer base. Jocelyn graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Business Administration and is one of our most well rounded employees having spent time in both the support and sales divisions at AHS. In her spare time, Jocelyn is also a customer, with a restaurant and retail stores in Ocean City, NJ.
