Price: 550.00 / each 5 Hour Support Block Block Support Plans offer you access to Advanced Hospitality Systems Support Team. Block plans are prepaid blocks of time that allow you to manage the cost of support for your system. They are not annual agreements and expire as depleted. They provide round the clock access to our Helpdesk services group outside of our traditional full service Helpdesk & Hardware Maintenance Contracts. They also provide access to other AHS services at lower costs than our Standard Published Hourly Rates. Hardware Service, Training & Programming services are also available via a Block Plan on a Non-Priority basis. Contract Customers at AHS always get First Priority Access to Services.
